All Basically Black online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers.
Basically Black use Verisign SSL Web server Certificate to offer secure communications by encrypting all credit card related data to and from the site. Verisign has checked and verified Basically Black's registration documents and Basically Black's domain name. This information is included in the SSL certificate that we issue. This enables you to check the site's validity yourself. Always check a site's certificate before entering any sensitive information.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, American Express and Solo. Payments are secure and processed by Sage Pay Online Payment system. Credit card information entered on our site is encrypted and passed over to Sage Pay for processing and authorization by your bank.

Basically Black does not retain or store your any credit card information.
3D secure - an additional security level after payment has been introduced by some banks. This is called 3D secure and you may be asked further security questions by your card issuing bank before being passed to Sage Pay.
