How to order

To begin shopping, please follow these steps:


  1. You will need your account and email details to complete your order. If you do not have a Basically Black account already set up, follow the simple step-by-step instructions to do so during the checkout process. If you already have an account, you will need your email address and password.
  2. Basicallyblack.com is open day or night, 24/7 for whenever is convenient for you.
  3. Simply click on the menu at the left of the screen when you are ready to shop or click to view one of the images.
  4. Once you are on the category page, click on the item you are interested to know more about.
  5. If you wish to have a closer look at the detail, simply roll over the product image and move the mouse around the product to benefit from the zoom.
  6. When you've found something you'd like to buy, click the 'add to basket' button. Confirm the quantity and size that you would like, and continue shopping.
  7. You can review the items in your basket at any time. To delete an item from your basket, click the remove button next to the item. To change the number of items, click the edit qty button and type in the new quantity.
  8. If you'd like to carry on shopping, simply click the category on the left hand side that you would like to visit.
  9. When you're ready to proceed to the checkout, click the 'proceed to checkout' button and follow the instructions.
  10. After you've placed your order, you will automatically be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Once your credit card has been approved, the delivery address verified and the items located, your order will be processed.
  11. The simplest and quickest way to place your order is online as we are an internet-only shop but if you'd prefer to place your order over the phone, please call and speak to one of the Basically Black staff Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 5.30pm on 01858 439 055.
